We offer both returns and exchanges but please contact us first so we can send you instructions and mailing labels.

If you have a fit issue or need to return an item, please email us at 2horsetack@gmail.com with the name and order number you used to place your order, as well as pictures of the item on your horse. We will work with you to find a solution to best address the issue.

If your exchange is due to fit, we will see where fit can be improved, and may send a replacement piece or two. This can result in a better fit than a full replacement, and enables us to get you a solution more quickly.

Be aware that full returns/exchanges, when necessary, could incur a materials charge. We do not keep pre-made items in stock, so once an item ships to you, we are out the cost of production. Return shipping will be the customer's responsibility in most cases.

Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you encounter a problem. Note that bulk biothane in any length is not eligible for return.
