Our safety halter gives you the durability of a turnout with added peace of mind. A leather tab at the right cheek will break under sudden pressure, releasing your horse in an emergency.

Inside of the halter is padded with neoprene -- a great option for sensitive skin. Black neoprene only available at this time.

Now with the option to order a nameplate or a hanging halter tag to personalize your halter! Choose your preferred plate color or tag color and shape (circle or heart). Please note, halters with plates or hanging tags will take longer in production. Plates and hanging tags are not eligible for rush shipping. Hanging tags may ship separately. Plates may not be added to halters made from 5/8-inch material or any halter with neoprene padding.

First off Great Quality! Cob size fit my 14.2 HH chunk perfectly. The breakaway piece is sturdy enough to use for daily usage/tying, but thin enough to break in an emergency. This product will give me a piece of mind knowing that I can have this on my horse(who is Extremely Hard to catch) in the pasture, and if something where to happen the breakaway piece would definitely break and prevent my horse from injury. So a win win.
