LEATHER Tripping Western Breast Collar

Our Western Tripping Breastcollar is a wider option than our traditional Western breastcollars for more high-intensity sports as it offers more freedom of movements. This style helps keep your breastcollasr and saddle in place without restricting movement. 

This breast collar is made in America from USA-tanned leather.

We have found this design works best on stocky, working horses and may be too heavy on lighter, narrower breeds and smaller horses and ponies.

Options include an over-wither strap or snaps at the withers for easy attachment to your saddle. The over-wither strap is a popular safety option for those who need a stable base to hold onto. You can also add strap to go over the cinch under the belly for added stability.

Love this purple sage tripping collar!! It is extremely versatile, allowing you to choose whether you want the additional support with the cinch strap or not. The neoprene padding is almost a must with this as it adds a lot of comfort to it and doesn’t rub or irritate the skin. The wither strap is a great addition and also helps with holding it in place while you are trying to adjust. The purple sage leather makes it looks professional as well as adds a little pop of color. Super soft. Looks great with purple sage leather tack, or the beta biothane colors. I personally think it looks great with the pop of the teal beta biothane halter bridal combo! It brings out the purple but isn’t too overwhelming. There is tons of holes for adjustment which is great.
