This bridle was absolutely perfect for my daughter's mule. Now we just clip her bridle on instead of trying to put the bridle over her ears. It is beautifully made. I have received a lot of compliments on it. It was too long in the cheek pieces when I got it, so I e-mailed a picture to them. They had me send it back and they not only made the cheek pieces shorter they made the browband longer at no extra cost. Their customer service is amazing.
