BETTER THAN LEATHER Picket Line Neck Collar

This neck collar features a buckle closure and is fully adjustable. This design includes a metal loop threaded through the collar for attachment to a picket line. The loop can move across the collar to allow the horse some degree of comfortable movement.

Our Better Than Leather beta biothane comes in a traditional black or brown. It's softer and more pliable than our typical beta and has the look and feel of freshly-oiled leather.
