Our popular beta biothane turnout halter design with neoprene padding on the inside -- great for horses with sensitive skin or those that just need a bit more protection. Like beta biothane, neoprene is waterproof and easily cleaned with soap and water, so you get the perks of an all-beta product with padding.

Choose from more than a dozen colors of beta biothane; black neoprene only available at this time. 

Breakaway leather tab at cheek or leather crown options also available if preferred for safety purposes. Standard width is one inch for Horse size and above; narrower widths available for smaller sizes.

Now with the option to order a nameplate or a hanging halter tag to personalize your halter! Choose your preferred plate color or tag color and shape (circle or heart). Please note, halters with plates or hanging tags will take longer in production. Plates and hanging tags are not eligible for rush shipping. Hanging tags may ship separately. Plates may not be added to halters made from 5/8-inch material or any halter with neoprene padding.
